Session Types
Initial Consultation:
Initial sessions are 45 minutes in length. A comprehensive evaluation may require 2 or 3 sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of your needs.
Standard Office Visit (45 minutes):
Typically used for ongoing therapy or more in-depth discussions.
Brief Office Visit (30 minutes):
Designed for patients who are stable and primarily require medication management. These visits are prorated and can be an affordable alternative for certain patients, at Dr. Cambor’s discretion.
Payment Information
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept payments via cash, checks, or credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full session charge.
Insurance
Dr. Cambor and Bryn Mawr Psychiatry, LLC do not accept direct insurance payments for services provided. However, patients will receive a detailed statement including relevant dates, CPT and diagnostic codes, fees charged, and payments made, which can be submitted to insurance companies for potential reimbursement.
Medicare
Dr. Cambor has opted out of Medicare. Patients with Medicare must enter into a private contract with Dr. Cambor. Please note that you cannot submit bills for his services to Medicare for reimbursement.
